DOUGH RAISER PARTICIPATON FORM


Dough Raisers helps your organization raise money. How it works is your organization picks a date Monday-Wednesday and a NYPD location. We supply your organization with flyers to pass out to friends and family. Anyone who visits the specified location on the selected date that presents the flyer 20% of the checks proceeds will be given to your organization (excluding any alcohol and not in combination with any coupons). The more guests that come in with your flyer for that day the more money goes to your organization.

This fundraiser may be terminated and/or cancelled by either party at any time up to 24 hours prior to the day of the event. No guarantees or warranties of any kind are made by either party as to the success of the event. It is the responsibility of the organization representative to maintain the integrity and promotion of the even and ensure that regular New York Pizza Dept. guests are not solicited to participate in the fundraiser. Any deviation could result in the suspension of this event and future events for the organization.
